Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you sign up for the free Career Clarity Check. We use it to send you the check, news about the Career Clarity book, and occasional career tips. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Emails you send us, to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider records automatically for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are stored on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives sign-up form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- [EMAIL SERVICE, e.g. MailerLite] stores the mailing list and sends our emails.
- Hostinger provides our business email.
We never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before. Write to hello@globallearnerslab.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
